Embark on a scenic drive to Punakha, passing through Dochula Pass (3,140 meters), offering breathtaking views of the Eastern Himalayas and the 108 chortens.

Sightseeing includes:

• Chimi Lhakhang – Also known as the Temple of Fertility, popular among couples seeking blessings.
• Punakha Dzong – A majestic fortress at the confluence of the Phochu and Mochu rivers, site of Bhutan’s first royal coronation.
• Suspension Bridge – Ideal for photos and riverside views.

Optional: White-water rafting on the Punakha River for adventure seekers.

Return and overnight stay in Thimphu.

Travel to Paro for an enriching day of exploration:

• Taktsang Monastery (Tiger's Nest) – Bhutan’s most iconic site, dramatically perched on a cliff 900 meters above the Paro Valley. According to legend, Guru Rinpoche arrived here on the back of a tigress.
• Ta Dzong – A former watchtower now serving as the National Museum of Bhutan.
• Paro Rinpung Dzong – A 17th-century fortress by the Pachu River, known for its historical and architectural significance.

After breakfast, your guide and driver will escort you back to Phuentsholing.
