Our story begins in 1927, with the laying of the first stones for a grand royal residence. Fast forward to the 1970s, and a visionary, Maharaj Swaroop Singh Ji, along with his wife, Rani Usha Devi, transformed this private abode into something truly special: India's First Heritage Hotel. From a humble start of just 12 rooms, Ajit Bhawan has blossomed into a magnificent homestay boasting 65 unique rooms, each whispering tales of the past. About Vintage Tent
The difference between a Deluxe Room and a Vintage Tent is that the Roof is given the shape of a Water and Heatproof Canopy which gives the feel of a Tent otherwise the four Walls are made of Concrete, a Wooden Floor, a proper Washroom/Shower with a modern Bathroom Gadgets viz., Air-conditioner, LED TV, Electronic Safe, Mini BAR, Tea/coffee maker and most importantly the main Door (Wooden Door) is lockable alike normal Rooms.

Amendments in confirmed booking would be accepted in case the rooms are available during the new required dates else cancellation rules apply.
