• User-Initiated Cancellations: Each Vendor has its own cancellation policy.

• Refund Process: Refunds follow the Vendor's policy and timelines depend on payment providers.

7. Responsibilities and Obligations of Vendors

• Service Delivery: Vendors are responsible for accurate descriptions and service delivery.
• Legal Compliance: Vendors must adhere to all applicable laws and standards.
• Content Accuracy: Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information.

8. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Furbago owns all content on the platform. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Users grant Furbago a license to display their submitted content.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Furbago collects personal information per our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, Users consent to this data collection.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
