Itinerary

Arrive at Guwahati International Airport and drive to Dimapur, the gateway to Nagaland. If time permits, visit the ancient Kachari Ruins, remnants of the Dimasa kingdom.


Overnight stay in Dimapur.

After breakfast, drive to Kohima, Nagaland’s capital, and proceed to Kigwema Village near the Kisama Heritage Complex.


Attend the Hornbill Festival, shop in local tribal markets, and enjoy the cultural buzz.


Overnight in Kigwema.

Spend the full day at the Hornbill Festival. Explore tribal dance, folk music, indigenous games, food stalls, handicrafts, herbal medicine exhibits, and flower shows.


In the evening, stroll through ethnic model villages.

Visit Khonoma, India’s first green village, home to the Angami tribe. Experience eco-friendly practices and explore the unique blend of tradition and conservation.


Return to Kohima by evening. Overnight stay in Kohima.

Depart Nagaland and journey to Kaziranga, a renowned wildlife reserve in Assam.


If time allows, explore the Kaziranga Orchid and Biodiversity Park.

Start your day with an early morning jeep safari into the dense forest of Kaziranga. Spot the iconic One-Horned Rhino and a variety of wildlife.


After breakfast, drive to Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey.
