Guwahati to Cherrapunjee Getaway

On arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. In the evening, you can enjoy a leisurely river cruise on the Brahmaputra River (optional).

After breakfast, check out and drive to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for the one-horned rhinoceros. On arrival, check in at your hotel/resort. Evening at leisure.

Optional: Attend a traditional cultural show at the Kaziranga Orchid and Biodiversity Park.

Early morning, go for an Elephant Safari (at own cost) in one of the park’s core zones to spot rhinos, wild buffalo, deer, and elephants in their natural habitat. After breakfast, relax at the resort. In the afternoon, enjoy a Jeep Safari in another zone for a more in-depth jungle experience.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya. En route, stop at the picturesque Umiam Lake (Barapani) - the largest artificial lake in Northeast India. On arrival in Shillong, check in at the hotel. Evening at leisure.

After breakfast, head out to Cherrapunjee, one of the wettest places on Earth. Visit major attractions like Nohkhalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Arwah Cave, and Eco Park. On the way back, stop by the scenic Elephant Falls.

Overnight stay in Shillong.

After breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village. Explore the Living Root Bridge and Balancing Rock. Later, proceed to Dawki, located at the Indo-Bangladesh border. Enjoy boating on the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. Return to Shillong by evening.

After breakfast, enjoy a short local tour of Shillong, visiting Lady Hydari Park, Ward’s Lake, and the Don Bosco Museum (subject to time availability). Post-lunch, drive back to Guwahati for your onward journey.
