Your adventure continues at Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its population of one-horned rhinoceroses, as well as elephants, wild buffaloes, and tigers. Experience the thrill of an Elephant Safari and a Jeep Safari across different zones of the park. On the final day, return to Guwahati with a spiritual stop at the revered Maha Mrityunjay Temple in Nagaon. This itinerary blends nature, culture, and wildlife into a perfect Northeast getaway.

Itinerary

Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative and begin your journey to Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya. En route, stop at the beautiful Umiam Lake, the largest artificial lake in Northeast India, for sightseeing and photos. On arrival in Shillong, check into the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure exploring the pleasant surroundings.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Cherrapunjee, one of the wettest places on Earth. Visit major attractions such as Nohkhalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Caves, Eco Park, and Arwah Caves. On your return to Shillong, stop at the beautiful Elephant Falls.

Post breakfast, drive to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Assam. Famous for its population of one-horned rhinoceroses, the park also hosts elephants, tigers, swamp deer, and various bird species. Upon arrival, check into your hotel or resort. Spend the evening at leisure in the tranquil jungle surroundings.

Wake up early and proceed for an Elephant Safari (at your own cost) in one of the park zones. Experience the thrill of spotting rhinos, elephants, and other wildlife up close. Return to the hotel for breakfast and some leisure time. After lunch, head out for a Jeep Safari in another zone of the park for more wildlife exploration.

Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive back to Guwahati. En route, stop at Maha Mrityunjay Temple in Nagaon, one of the most revered spiritual sites in Assam. After the visit, continue to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
