Itinerary
Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport, our team will receive you and escort you to Bhalukpong, the gateway to Arunachal Pradesh.
En route, visit the Maha Mrityunjay Temple in Nagaon, home to the world’s largest Shiva Linga. After a scenic drive, check in and relax.
Overnight stay in Bhalukpong.
Post breakfast, head toward the picturesque hill town of Dirang.
On the way, stop at Mandala Top - a serene spot adorned with colorful prayer flags and sweeping mountain views.
Take a dip in the natural hot springs, and later visit the peaceful Dirang Monastery.

Today’s journey takes you to Tawang, the heart of Arunachal’s spiritual and scenic allure.
En-route, witness the thundering Nuranang Falls and cross the ethereal Sela Pass, home to the pristine Sela Lake at 13,700 ft.

After breakfast, take an excursion to Bumla Pass near the Indo-China border (permits required), a place of historical and strategic importance.
Then visit Sangestar Tso (Madhuri Lake), which is famous for its cinematic beauty. Upon return, explore:
- Tawang Monastery (2nd largest in the world)
- Tawang War Memorial
- Giant Buddha Statue
- Local market for souvenirs
Overnight stay in Tawang.
After breakfast, drive back through the mountains to Bomdila. Stop at Bomdila View Point and visit the serene Bomdila Monastery, modeled after Tibet’s Tsona Gontse Monastery. Enjoy local market shopping in the evening.

Post breakfast, journey back through the green hills to Guwahati. Drop off at the Airport/Railway Station or the city.
